Lives Transformed

Our Mission

The Work We Do

Empowering Women and Girls. Strengthening Communities. Advancing Equality. Transforming lives in tangible, meaningful ways.

Promote Gender Equality & Women’s Rights

We challenge harmful norms, promote bodily autonomy, and support rights-based programmes that empower women and girls. We engage boys and young men as allies in preventing violence and supporting equality.

Strengthen SRHR Access & Quality

We work with health facilities to provide inclusive, youth-friendly SRHR services. This includes serving adolescent boys, young men and male partners to strengthen health outcomes for women and girls.

Prevent & Respond to Violence Against Women and Girls

We deliver trauma-informed, survivor-centred support and strengthen multisectoral referral pathways. We involve boys, young men and male partners in gender-transformative prevention programmes.

Build Community, Education & Health Systems

We work with schools, TVET colleges, universities, health facilities and communities to improve safety, accountability and gender equality.

Integrated Population–Health–Environment (PHE) Approaches

Pathways to Change recognises that women and girls’ health and safety are shaped by their environment, livelihoods and access to natural resources.

We integrate PHE principles into community and youth programming by:

• Strengthening the links between environmental sustainability, health and gender equality.
• Supporting communities to improve livelihoods and reduce structural vulnerabilities.
• Engaging adolescents and young people in environmental awareness and community stewardship.
• Addressing how environmental and economic pressures can heighten risks of early marriage, transactional relationships or GBV.
